About The Trust

Who We Are

We are the friends and family of Bashir Shaikh (Advocate) and we have established this trust with the principal objective of perpetuating and honoring Bashir Shaikh's memory by working for the continuous welfare of the lawyers and the legal fraternity of Pakistan. Be it the court cafeteria worker, court staff, lawyer, member of judiciary or anyone associate with the legal profession in any capacity, the trust will take initiatives for their welfare and betterment.

The trust is providing free membership to the members of legal fraternity which will make them eligible to receive the benefits offered by the trust. Although the trust aims to broaden its scope of benefits to eventually cover all its members, however in the initial phase the selection of members will be made through balloting (50%) and nominations (50%)made by the Advisory and Nomination panel of the trust. This will qualify the members for specific benefits as announced from time to time by the trust and are described in the INITIATIVES section of this website.
